How can I place my order?

  • You can simultaneously add items to the Shopping Cart by clicking "Add To Cart".
  • Once you completed your shopping, click "Shopping Cart" on the top-right corner of the webpage.
  • You can proceed towards check-out by pressing "Go To Checkout".
  • If you are a new customer, please click "Sign Up". The returning customer may log-in by clicking "Log-in".
  • You also can easily place and checkout your orders through our guest option. 
  • All you need to do is fill the name, phone number, email and your shipping address.
  • You can "Continue to Checkout"by selecting a payment method.
  • Finally, press "Confirm This Order”.

 

How to register or login?

  • If you want to register for an account on Mamizia, you can do it here
  • If you are an existing customer of Mamizia, you can login your account here.
  • You can also opt to register or login on the checkout page. This step will be done before you make payment.

 

Will I get an order confirmation?

  • Yes, you will get order confirmation. 
  • You will receive an email with full details of your order including payment type, customer address and more.
  • You can check and confirm all the details. 

 

What to do if I want to change the details in the order?

  • To change any details, you can email us at sales@mamizia.com.my or through phone at 0132074615.
  • You will receive an email order update from us regarding any changes you have made. 
  • You will also receive the tracking no and status of order shipping.

 

When will my order be processed?

  • The majority of orders  at Mamizia are processed within 1 working day. 
  • If the concerned item is out-of-stock, we will contact you and let you know when it would be available. 
  • If already paid, we will make immediate refund regarding the same. 

 

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

  • No. currently we do not provide gift wrapping service.

 

How do I pay?

At Mamizia, we have numerous options for the convenience of our customers. You can pay for your order through:

 

1. Ipay88 

  • You can pay with your paypal, credit/debit card or even opt to pay with FPX (internet online banking).

 

2. Senangpay 

  • You can pay with credit/debit card or even pay with FPX (internet online banking)

 

3. Bank transfer 

  • Detals regarding the bank transfer are available on the checkout page. Once you are done with the bank transfer, we will send an email to you to confirm all the details. After the transfer, you will need to email the receipt to us and then your order will be shipped.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

  • Currently, we only ship in Peninsular Malaysia and west Malaysia.
  • The cost of shipping depends on product weight.
  • A few products have free shipping. You can shop for products with free shipping at free shipping product page.
  • During promotion, we sometimes offer free shipping. We notify all our customer through email about the promotion. Same would be notified on the website .
  • Shipping price would be calculated on view cart page after you add products to the cart. To get the estimate if shipping charges, you will have to fill your country/region and post code and click. You will receive the quotes regarding the shipping cost.

 

What is your cancellation, return and exchange policy?

  • The best thing about Mamizia is that you can buy without any worry.
  • You can change your products or can opt to return and get refund. 
  • Our policies are created to get you the best shopping experience. 
  • As a customer,  you will only be required to pay the shipment charges.

How to make refund?

  • To get the refund, fill the form available here
  • You will get a RMN No.
  • Fill the corresponding details. Example: I want to make refund.
  • Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number.
  • Once our product experts are content with the condition product received, the amount will be refunded back to the customer.

 

How to change size?

  • Complete the form here.
  • You will get a RMN No.
  • You will need to fill the details. Example: I want to change the size.
  • Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number.
  • We will ship the new size, once our experts are content with the condition product received. 
  • The customer will need to pay the shipping cost.
  • Note: If the size not available, the amount of the product will be refunded back to the customer.

 

How long my order to deliver?

  • Shipping time-frame will be within 2 to 3 working days or more depends on certain season /peak season /public holiday/etc.
